Here’s what you can expect:

  You’ll spend your days in the Blue Ridge mountains of Rappahannock County, hunting an 800-acre lease that has consistently produced mature bucks for years.

• Capacity: 

  • 8 total hunters

• If you're flying in, please fly into Washington (IAD)

  Arrival: Sunday after 1 PM 

  Departure: Friday after lunch

  • Please purchase flights 30-60 days in advance.
• If you are driving, we'll finalize a meeting location closer to the date, once all guests and travel plans are finalized.

• All meals included—expect hearty, ranch-style cooking

• Hunt rule: 

  • 8 point buck (outside the ears)
  • Have to get 2 does between bucks if you want to get a 2nd buck.
  • Take as many does as you want (no tags needed)
• There will be at least 7 opportunities to hunt, mornings and evenings.
• Hunting will be in elevated treestands, ground blinds, also plenty of options for climbers and saddle hunting if that's your style.
• We will be staying in a nice BnB offsite.

• Your registration cost  includes meals, accommodation, hunting guides, and ground transport.

  Excludes: air travel, your Virginia hunting license (Approximately $250 for non-resident adults) and meat processing, taxidermy and shipping if you choose to take a harvest home.

• Things to Note: On this retreat, some guys might enjoy a cigar or adult beverages and some guys don't.  You do you.  But please be aware some guys will, so if that's uncomfortable for you, we have other retreats that may be a better fit.

Picture yourself in the heart of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, the first light of dawn filtering through the hardwoods as mist drifts across the hollows and ridgelines. You sit quietly, listening to the woods come alive, fully immersed in the stillness of the hunt. As evening settles in, gather around the fire with a few good men, swapping stories and laughter beneath a canopy of stars—moments that stay with you long after the mountains fade from view.

Things to Note:

• No Experience Needed: Whether you’re an experienced outdoorsman or new to these activities, all skill levels are welcome, and all equipment is provided.

• Personal Preferences: Some guests may enjoy cigars, or adult beverages and others may not. We respect each person’s choice.
• Registrations options - register and pay in full, or pay in three installments.
• The registration cost includes a small administrative fee of around 3% to cover merchant fees.
• Refund policy Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat will receive a refund, minus a $500 fee. No refunds within 30 days of the retreat except for emergencies.
