Description

• You will stay at the Refuge Lodge @ Paint Rock Canyon Ranch, a Wyoming ranch with 80,000 acres off the western slope of the Big Horn Mountain Range.
• There are over 5 miles of private access to the Paint Rock Canyon Creek, a blue-ribbon fishery. The rooms offer rustic comfort with gorgeous Wyoming landscapes right outside your door - a perfect retreat away for you to refresh and recharge.
• Let’s eat, fish, rest, and laugh. Sounds good to me... Wake up each day and do it again. We'll wade fish on the Paint Rock Canyon Creek that runs through the property and experience breathtaking views.
• We're going to disconnect from work & the world for a few days, and reconnect with God, with others, and with ourselves. There's no one out there who serves leaders better than the Refuge team so prepare to enjoy the best of everything and maybe make some friends for life along the way.

Things To Note

• Fishing Experience: Prior fly-fishing experience is NOT necessary. Seriously, it is NOT. 
• Fishing Gear: Everything is waiting for you.  You are always welcome to bring your own if you would like.
• At Refuge, some guys like to enjoy cigars or adult beverages and some guys don't. You do you. But please be aware some guys will, so if that's not comfortable for you to be around, we have other retreats that will be a better fit.
   

• The Refuge team works really hard to make this an epic experience. They actually raise finances to help keep this affordable and that helps leaders like you and me finish our race in ministry.
• So please honor that investment by not taking your commitment to be there lightly. We all have busy lives and ministry challenges that come up, so short of an absolute emergency let’s make sure our yes is yes.
• A $300 fee will be deducted from refunds requested at least 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, no refunds will be given other than under extraordinary circumstances. 

Flights

• Fly to Logan International Airport in Billings, Montana
• No rental car necessary. Refuge will provide drivers to/from the Billings Airport and Paint Rock Canyon Ranch in Hyattville, WY, which is approximately 3 hours apart.
• Arrive by 1:30 PM. 
  • 3 PM is the latest arrival we can accommodate for.
  • If you can't arrive by 3 PM, please come a day early and get a room in Billings.
    
• Depart after 1:30 PM. 
  • We cannot accommodate flights departing before 1:30 PM.  

Scholarships

• If for any reason finance is a challenge for you being part of the retreat this year, please just click the Apply Now button near the bottom of the page in the scholarship section. 
• A limited number of scholarships are available each year. When available, scholarships will cover your registration, you'd just need to get yourself there.
