Things to Note:

• No experience is necessary for any of the activities and equipment is provided. 

• At Refuge, some guys like to enjoy cigars or adult beverages and some guys don't. You do you. But please be aware some guys will, so if that's not comfortable for you to be around, we have other retreats that will be a better fit.

• Your registration covers meals, accommodation, ground transport, and activities. Excludes air travel, and fishing license.  
• Registrations options - register and pay in full, or pay in three installments.
• The registration cost includes a small administrative fee of around 3% to cover merchant fees.
• Refund policy - The Refuge team works really hard to make this an epic experience. They actually raise finances to help keep this affordable and that helps leaders like you and me finish our race in ministry. So please honor that investment by not taking your commitment to be there lightly. We all have busy lives and ministry challenges that come up, so short of an absolute emergency let’s make sure our yes is yes. A $300 fee will be deducted from refunds requested at least 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, no refunds will be given other than under extraordinary circumstances. 
• Fly into Billings, Montana, arriving as close as possible to 1pm on the first day. (It might be necessary to fly in the day prior and spend the night in Billings if you can’t find a flight to get in around that time or earlier). Please book your outbound flight on the last day no earlier than 12:30pm departure time as there is no way to get you to the airport before that time.
• We'll also get you more information on how to pack, who else is coming, and more as the retreat gets closer.
