Scholarship Info:
If for any reason finance is a challenge for you being part of the trip this year, please just select the button requesting a partial scholarship. A very limited number of partial scholarships are available to assist with your registration cost.
Things to Note:
- This trip is in Cancun, Mexico and you will be required to have a passport to enter Mexico. If you do not have one, please be aware that it takes up to 3 months to get one.
- On this resort, some couples may enjoy adult beverages while others don’t. Also, being a beach resort and alongside many other guests, we should expect to see a wide variety of beach wear. You do you.Â
- We are a small group therefore the resort will have other travelers.
- Optional add ons - For an additional cost, there are many activities and tours you can do of Mexico’s Yucatán peninsula. Some include fishing, snorkeling, visiting Inca’s ruins, senotes, cave diving, deep sea fishing, boat charters, ATV’s, ziplines, golf plus much more. You can do these as couples or with a group. Also, you can upgrade your rooms if you rather have an ocean view rather than lagoon view. You are also welcome to extend your stay past February 28th if you want additional R&R for an additional cost, however, we do ask you not arrive earlier than the 24th.
- Travel Information
- Flights from your home should be booked to Cancun, Mexico on whatever airline you choose.
- Everyone should shoot to arrive in Cancun on Monday 2/24 by 4:00pm (If you are traveling from the west coast or a different country, you might arrive later and that is ok…as long as you can get there).
- Departure from Cancun should be booked for Friday 2/28. The best times are late morning through early evening.
- Book flights early. The closer you get to the date, the more expensive the flights are.
- We'll also get you more information on how to pack, who else is coming, and more as the retreat gets closer.Â
