Things to Note:

• During the trip, there will be an opportunity for you to consider financial partnership with Barnabas Network.
• On this retreat, some guys will most likely enjoy cigars or adult beverages and some guys don't. You do you. But please be aware some guys will, so if that's not comfortable for you to be around, we have other retreats that will be a better fit.
• Registrations options - register and pay in full, or pay in three installments.
• The registration cost includes a small administrative fee of around 3% to cover merchant fees.
• Refund policy - We all have busy lives and ministry challenges that come up, so short of an absolute emergency let’s make sure our yes is yes. A $300 fee will be deducted from refunds requested at least 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, no refunds will be given other than under extraordinary circumstances. 
• Fly into either Montgomery, AL (30 minutes away) or Birmingham, AL (1 hour away.(You will need to secure your own transportation to the resort from the airport).

  • Please book flights arriving before 5pm on Tue May 6th if possible so you can join us for dinner.
  • Depart any time on Sat May 10th (meals are not provided this day). We'll have a morning checkout from our villa.
