Things to Note:

  • Pay in Full or choose a three-installment plan 
  • Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund, minus a $400 fee. Within 30 days, no refunds will be provided except for emergencies.
  • Travel Details
    • Driving: If you’re driving, plan to arrive at Alive Sky Lodge by dinner on Friday, October 17th.
    • Flying: Fly into Saskatoon Airport (YXE) by mid-to-late afternoon on October 17th. From there, we’ll travel together to the lodge.
    • Return: Plan your departure from Saskatoon Airport any time on Tuesday, October 21st. We’ll stay near the airport the night before for a seamless departure.

  • Avoid travel connections through Toronto Airport if possible, as customs and firearm declarations can be challenging there.

  • Some guys like to enjoy cigars or adult beverages and some guys don't. You do you. But please be aware some guys will, so if that's not comfortable for you to be around, we have other retreats that will be a better fit.
  • What to Pack: The temperature can range from 30s-40s in the morning to 60s-70s in the afternoon. Dress in layers, and pack waterproof boots, a waterproof jacket, and comfortable hunting gear.
  • Social Preferences: Some attendees may enjoy cigars or adult beverages in the evenings, while others may not. You’re welcome to enjoy as you like, with safety always as our priority.
  • Safety: Please remember that alcohol and firearms don’t mix. Safety is paramount for our guests, guides, and retrievers.
