Description

• Stillwater Reserve spans 612 acres of stunning, wildlife-rich land in Michigan, including a 150-acre high fence area available for hunting upon request for an additional fee. You’ll have the opportunity to hunt this private land throughout the week, and in the evenings enjoy meals and meaningful conversation around the table with fellow leaders like yourself.

  The team at Stillwater Reserve will offer basic processing services. You’ll have the option to take home a cooler, and taxidermy services are available as well for additional fees. This retreat offers a perfect blend of adventure and connection with other hunters in a serene, scenic environment. When you're not hunting other recreational opportunities abound including incredible fishing in the area.

  Registration

  Secure your spot now! Space is limited to just 8 hunters to ensure a personalized and intimate experience. The cost for this retreat is $1,200.

• Registration does not include air travel, your Michigan hunting license (around $200-$250), professional meat processing options (basic processing on site is included), or taxidermy and shipping if you choose to take your deer home.
• Registrations options - register and pay in full, or payment plan of two installments (offered until two months out from the event)
• Refund Policy - We all have busy lives and challenges that come up, so short of an absolute emergency let’s make sure our yes is yes. A $300 fee will be deducted from refunds requested more than 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, no refunds will be given other than under extraordinary circumstances. 

Travel

• If You Are Driving:

  • Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive at Stillwater Reserve between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on November 18th.
  • Email [email protected] if you are driving, so we can provide directions and the address for Stillwater Reserve.

  If You Are Flying:

  • Arrival Time: Please book your flights to arrive at Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM on November 18th.
  • Airport Transfers: Our team will provide transportation from the airport to Stillwater Reserve. Once you have your flight details, please forward them to [email protected] so we can coordinate your pickup. 

  Departure Information for All Guests:

  • Departure Date: November 22nd
  • Morning Schedule: A convenient grab-and-go breakfast will be available to ensure you have a nourishing start to your day.

  If You Are Flying:

  • Flight Scheduling: Please schedule your departing flights no earlier than 12:00 PM on November 22nd to allow ample time for breakfast and transportation to the airport.
  • Airport Transfers: Transportation back to Gerald R. Ford International Airport will be provided. We will coordinate specific departure times closer to the date.
• Book flights early. In the current market flights are fluctuating greatly so we strongly suggest booking flights right after you register unless you plan to drive.
• Please note - We cannot guarantee free ground transportation outside of the above time frames, so please speak with Jason before booking flights that don't meet these criteria. 

Things To Note

• On this retreat, some guys might enjoy a cigar.

• All skill levels are welcome, from seasoned hunters to beginners.
• Let us know if you are interested in high fence trophy hunting, as this can be made available for an additional cost. All proceeds from your trophy fee will help Stillwater Reserve provide retreats for pastors. 
• Be prepared for varying weather conditions; we’ll provide a suggested packing list closer to the event.
• A Michigan hunting license is required, with costs for the license and tags approximately $200-250.
